It worked when we needed it. One child popped up with pinworms so we had the whole family take this medication (minus the baby) and then repeated the dosage a couple weeks later to make sure they were totally gone.

Omg this tastes VILE. I almost couldn't use it because I kept gagging. Not only is the taste something nightmares are made out of, but it is CHUNKY even after shaking for a solid 2 minutes. I got a headache almost immediately after taking this and can already feel my stomach turning. I do not recommend this at all

This is not something that most people like to review,but it's a must because small children struggle with pin worms and they hurt. This over the counter medication is so wonderful to have around. My grandchildren play outside in the dirt and unfortunately put their hands in their mouths and contract pin worms. Lots of parents don't know about them, beings I'm in the health field for over 30 years I do. This is my go to medication when someone has a confirmed case of pin worms. Treat the entire family and the children fill better by bedtime. I recommend this medication 100% This is if course my option on the medication and I am not a physician. Taste isn't great but one does usually does the trick. Take with a cup of water handy.

If you ever heard of the term "wormy" you know what this medicine is for. My baby was "wormy" and had consumed a little too much sugar and I didn't know until she tried to sleep and my goodness, she was up on her knees tossing and turning trying to sleep! 1 dosage of this at night and within 15 mins, relief! Buy this to help you and your little one! It works for adults also!

I only gave this 3 stars because they don't mention that one time dose is going to put you under the weather for quite a while. A month later and still a bit worn out. It tastes great and feels rather soothing for the first few hours. Then came the nausea and vomiting. It didn't last long. I was fine the next day, but day 3 I was very weak. I never found any parasites but did break out in a horrible rash that smelled terrible when a blister would pop. Those were dead somethings that had been cruising around under my skin, now rotting under it! My underarms smelled like cheese for a week and the bowel movements, let's just say nothing crawled up there but it was there and died. My liver took a hit and I had slight jaundice as a result of probable liver flukes. look at the dead parasites as little pieces of rotting meat that your immune system has to break down and remove. It smells bad and wears you out. I spent over 2 weeks just laying in bed sick, having heart failure didn't help. I spent half my childhood swimming in a not so clean lake and always wondered if had swallowed something. By week 3 the jaundice was gone and most of the rash and I had some energy back. It's around 6 weeks now and I do feel better than I did before the treatment and my energy is really coming back. Now I'm just getting ready for the probiotics. I still don't have much for an appetite and I lived off of lots of apples and oranges the first two weeks. I drank some activated charcoal one morning and had a black bowel movement the next day, so my guts are on schedule. The sharp pain in my side that I had for years disappeared along with my unwanted guests. I'd say despite being a very rough and exhausting experience, it was well worth it!
