Bought this to use as a pet gate for my senior cat. It works great too tall for her to jump over and the bars are just narrow enough where her head can't go through. Easy to assemble and easy to open and close.

Minimal tools required and supplied by maker. Adjustable to door size. Right or left hand adjustable. No marks on door frame. Perfect height no bending over. Can be moved to other doorways. What not to like? A renters dream.

Purchased to use for puppy/dog gate. Works great. Actually purchased a 2nd one. I use one in kitchen at the door that leads to entrance way. And the 2nd is placed at hallway entrance to keep her from getting into bath and bedrooms.

Love it. I just wish the door was wider. I'm afraid I'm going to fall down my stairs when I'm carrying down my laundry. But it's the perfect size so my kitten can't get into my unfinished downstairs. And it's WAAAAY better than some other gates I've used. It twists out so tight that I didn't need to use the little wall hangers. Definitely recommend

These gates are wonderful! I adopted a 5 year old Beagle at the end of November, and he quickly proved himself untrustworthy with the run of the house. Having tried other solutions which proved unsuccessful, I ordered 3 of the gates. Now, when you go to put your gate together, they tell you to read all directions first. I…skimmed them. Which meant that when I discovered an initial significant gap between the put-together frame and the gate section, I thought it was a faulty product. It isn't. I went back and read everything and read that the gap would close if you followed all directions. Still skeptical, I gave it a go, and lo and behold, the gap disappeared and the product works beautifully! Not hard to put together, although it takes a little while to install. There are caps (4) you can screw into your walls, but I opted to not use them, and the gate remains extremely stable without them. These are well worth the money, they seem to be a very long-lasting pieces of equipment.
