There is only 30 days return for a refund. I bought this in November as we were warned shipping might be slow for Christmas. It was a Christmas gift and the person was not able to use it. Therefore, I was automatically past the 30 day window to return.
It's more of a vibration than a massage. EXTREME intensity on it is nuts, lol. The heating is a min, not like a heating pad which it clearly states. Memory foam is not comfortable either. You get what you pay for though.
This is the only heated seat I could find with real full-time lumbar support. Easy to install in my 2004 Honda Accord - over cloth seats - and simple to operate. I start up the car, push four buttons in order and I have 30 minutes of heated massage in the lumbar area. Massage is just right; relaxing, but not painful. Seat cover stays firmly in place; does not slide around when moving in/out of seat. Great product that might encourage me to keep this 16 year old car for another couple years.
Thought I give my opinion on this massager. It is almost exactly what I was hoping to get. The vibration strength can be adjusted with ease and there are a number of settings that can be used. I do have a couple complaints. One is the neck settings is more like shoulder blades, A higher back would be really great. I am 5'9" and it is too short. Not a big deal as this still helped me a lot. Second thing I would like to see improved is the heat. You must set the timer to 30 min {default is 10 min) to get any heat. This is because it takes about 15 min before you start to really feel any heat coming out. I would like to see heat faster and to have an adjustment of how hot it gets. I would really like the heat about doubled myself. Finally the last complaint which is not a big deal but for convenience it would be nice if the chair would remember your last settings or can be programmed a favorite setting. Every-time it turns on you have to reset it the way you like. This is quick and easy but still a bit annoying.
Item failed after maybe 5 uses, less than 2 weeks after purchase. It died a couple minutes in to a use, and won't turn back on. I purchased 2 different coushions, same brand but the other is a 6 motor. This one did give a bit more thorough massage (if you consider a bunch of vibration a massage), but only a couple of zones seemed worthwhile. The thigh setting is pretty much on your glutes and the lumbar vibration can barely be felt. The lower back and upper back felt pretty good at highest intensity. The neck section is very loud, only feels good on higher intensity but it's also very noisy when turned up. Overall, the whole coushion is very noisy compared to the 6 motor version I also purchased for my office. The controller is very cheap looking and outdated, but the ability to disconnect both the power and the controller from the cushion is a nice feature I didn't see on others. I'm only 5'10" but I felt to tall for this coushion and the other I purchased, I find myself moving the coushion around a lot to try and get the vribration where I want it. Because it doesn't hit all the right areas without being moved around, the different massage modes are kind of worthless, and I found myself just using 1 zone at a time. I've never used one of these cusions before, but not very impressed. The vibrations may get the blood flowing a bit, but I wouldn't call this a massage, and to noisy to use in an office environment which is what I was hoping for.
