Relion is a solidly built glucose meter and we like all their products. When the las Relion meter died on our tyoe 1 diabetic son, after over a decade of service, we immediately ordered this one because it fit the same strips used in the broken one. I like that I can count on Relion products. It came with a delivery order which was nice. Not every company would have realized the danger of a tyoe 1 diabetic not havung a working meter, although he used mine in the interim.

The Walmart Relion Premier classic blood glucose monitoring system gives me accurate reading on my blood sugars .Its very reliable. I've been using Walmart meters for a lot of years now .I came down with diabetes a long time ago and have used high priced meters and they don't work any better then this one. I highly recommend Relion meters.

Im not sure how something that’s its designed to track something so important as blood glucose can have such room for error. Im new to this I was told I have GD (it’ll go away very soon) but in the mean time I need to measure it at home. Long story short my pharmacy was taking too long and I got this to start ASAP. I almost wish I would’ve waited 2 weeks. I was almost put on INSULIN for BAD READINGS! Yes! BAD READINGS, HIGHER READINGS! I have been fine all along with my fasting numbers but this device has been picking them up anywhere from 7-10 digits higher for EVERY MEAL. Please dont buy this, its your health that’s on the line. Get yourself a real one even if its more expensive.

This meter is very inaccurate. It reads high almost every single time. My other meter has been tested with lab results and is very accurate but strips are being discontinued so I needed to find a new brand. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong and why both mine and my husbands numbers were so much higher than before. Started testing the same blood drop with my old meter as well and found it’s sometimes 25 points higher! Will not order this brand again. Ordered a contour next after and it’s very accurate. Don’t waste your money on this meter unless accuracy isn’t an issue
