I'd buy this one again. I have had some other brands and this one seems to work better for me. I was going through some trauma in my body that made me very weak, so this helped boost my immune system actually. I'll be trying again now that I'm able to get around much better. Trauma was due to chronic migraines. Weakened my whole body.

Lemonade flavour is not too bad; not too sweet, and perfect for mixing with your other protein powders. Mixing into fruit smoothie is also okay, the taste blends in well-enough. Not completely convinced if it's required in my personal daily regimen, I will revisit in a couple weeks.

Great taste and mixes pretty easily in water. It does get a little foamy though. It seemed to help with soreness the next day. I'm just experimenting with some pre and post workout supplements currently to see if they actually have any affect. I'll continue to use this and see if it helps with recovery.

I have been using mrm products for years. I first tried reload due to the quality of ingredients it has and what it ingredients it doesn't add (example soy,sucrose). it taste good, mixes well in a shaker, does help in reducing post muscle soreness/muscle recovery and serving size is only two small scoops.
