Remington R5130NB Shaver

I had two Remington razors before and had real good shaves with them so had to buy another. The last one lasted me 9 years so that is a lot of shaves. I kept my case from the last razor. I did not think Remington could get any better but they did it. This is the best one yet.

Bought the unit. After my 2 y old Norelco showed slow charging. good unit. After the 1st use, i felt it is not gentle to my skin. I thoight it will get better by using it After 2 months I gave up, I returend the unit. Thanks to the Walmart return policy. As for shaving i went back to the old unit and felt the good old smooth feeling . I am planing to purchase a new one from Norelco again similar to the one i have. PRO. good value. charging is good. CON. the shaving head is not soft and smooth to the skin.

I have been using another brand of electric shaver for the past several years. Bought this one since the blade replacement cost for mine was almost as much as this one when on sale. Have been using about 3 weeks and am very pleased. Much faster shave than the old unit. I attribute that to the higher rpm and new sharp blades. Battery life is impressive. Went over 2 weeks before needing a charge.

I have had this product for 2 months now and love it! This is the first electric razor I have ever had and did my homework and this is even better then using disposable razors. I would recommend this for everyone who can't afford paying 15 dollars every month for razors that end up cutting your face. This electric razor is affordable and easy to use and gives you the same if not better results then a disposable razor.

I have used a Norelco Quadra Action 7865xl (6 years ago) and recently bought a Norelco 8250xl (only to return the last item). The Remington Titanium Blade Rotatory Shaver (5130) was a much better shaver than either of these Norelco brands, both of which were, respectively, about 80 dollars and 100 dollars. As soon as I used this product I could tell the difference. The blades are much better than anything Norelco could offer in the 100 dollar price range. It cleans easily and has a 5 gauge LED battery readout, unlike the 100 dollar Norelco shaver I bought. After using that particular Norelco shaver, my pops would comment on how I did a horrible shaving job and asked me if I used a poor blade because I missed so many spots. The next day I switched to the Remington shaver and asked my pops how my shaving was, he said it was perfect. Honestly I missed a minor spot under my chin, but only because I don't have a mirror that points to it. THIS SHAVER IS THE BEST ELECTRIC SHAVER I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. Most likely because the blades are Titanium.
