I recently tried the Renew Life Daily Balance 2-in-1 Prebiotics Probiotics and I must say, my gut has never been happier! I had been doing some research lately and learned that taking prebiotics is suppose to beneficial as well. Renews probiotic and prebiotic mix seemed to be a no brainer to try. So far so good. I love that it is vegan and that I can take it without food. Which helps because I take it first thing in the morning with my glass of water before I do anything else.
