Renew Life Settle and Restore Probiotics - 60 Capsules

My issues were not eliminated (especially upon waking) but most times the pain, bloat , gas etc did not rear their ugly heads. When they did, after dosing they usually subsided.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new probiotic is meant to settle and restore your tummy. In my experience, I had a bit of gas the first day. Not painful, but things seemed to be stirred up a bit before settling down. I felt like they were working and they might be a nice option for someone who has an overactive colon that tends to go more frequently or needs things to firm up a bit. I also think this helps with bloating. I have used several Renew Life products over the last decade and have always been impressed and recommend them to friends and family. Depending on how I feel I will either take one kind of Renew Life probiotic daily for weeks or I will alternate between different kinds (a women's version, for example). This is a nice option if I want to switch things up. I also like that this product has organic prebiotics.

It helps settle my digestion to be more manageable and actually set my bowel movements on a time schedule if that makes sense.i also noticed a reduction in stomach discomfort which I experience frequently when I'm not consistent with taking these probiotics.

This product was helpful in slightly managing my digestive issues however I prefer the Ultimate Flora Extra Care Probiotic 50 Billion with 1 pill a day. This may be good for those that have more minor digestive problems.
