First let me say, the size of the pill was similar to other probiotic pills I have taken before - a somewhat small thin pill that was easy to swallow. I think It's important to take this pill every day for consistent results as well as a healthy balanced diet. I also think its important to get moving! take a walk every day. doing all three of these things will help for more effective results -at least that was my experience. would definitely recommend this probiotic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Renew Life has been a staple in our home for years. The Extra Care Probiotic 50 Billion is a great daily staple in my daily regiment. I work with children and find this provides my body and immune system just what it needs to maintain my health and immune system throughout the year...particularly those pesky winter months! This is a reputable brand and I love the new containers for the capsules. They are easy to open but protect the capsules from any sun or bright light. A GREAT daily staple!

As of January 2021 this product formula has changed. (when I bought my last bottle). Not only packaging change, this a completely different formulation. And not one I need. This new formulation does not work on me. I gave it a shot. There is less diversity in probiotics. Previous glass pkg better than current plastic for storage survivability of probiotic. Also plastic picks up smells (namely synthetic fragrance) prevalent in distribution storage facilitied and most definitely delivery vehicles. Changed formula is now missing 3 probiotics I specifically need. Dark glass bottles are optimal for probiotic storage. plastic leeches chemicals when exposed to heat and light which happen during transit.
