Renew Life Ultimate Flora Critical Care 50 Billion - 60 Capsules

As a health coach, I really appreciate quality products like I get from RenewLife. The Extra Care Probiotic is a product I recommend to my clients and one I take myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This company makes great probiotics. I typically use 30 billion for my IBS issues and they have helped tremendously, but decided to try the 50. For me, the 50 billion is a little too powerful and caused me MORE gas/bloating, as can happen if you take too many probiotics. But that's a personal problem. If you're someone looking for strong probiotics, you can't go wrong with these. I just think for my body, this high of a probiotic count was not needed.

First let me say, the size of the pill was similar to other probiotic pills I have taken before - a somewhat small thin pill that was easy to swallow. I think It's important to take this pill every day for consistent results as well as a healthy balanced diet. I also think its important to get moving! take a walk every day. doing all three of these things will help for more effective results -at least that was my experience. would definitely recommend this probiotic!

I work with children and find this provides my body and immune system just what it needs to maintain my health and immune system throughout the year...particularly those pesky winter months! This is a reputable brand and I love the new containers for the capsules. They are easy to open but protect the capsules from any sun or bright light. A GREAT daily staple!
