I find they work better taken on an empty stomach in the morning with lots of water.

Before taking this product, I had days and days of feeling bloated and indigestion to the point of taking heartburn relief chew every single day for weeks. I did experience some bloating in the first week of taking this supplement but I believe it was my body's way of getting use to the probiotic. after a month of taking it, I felt great - minimal bloating and no indigestion at all! I was happy to save money on heartburn/gas relief medication. I love this product and will continue to take it every day. worth every penny, in my opinion!
