This product I so easy to use and quickly eliminates odor. My carpet was soft as before and clean. My puppy doesn't play in it while it soaks either. Love this product!!

THIS PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED TO REMOVE PET STAINS IT DOES NOT WORK. THE CARPET IS A MIXED DARK TO MEDIUM BLUE WITH WHITE MIXED IN VERY LOW PILE WALL TO WALL SAME COLOR IN EVERY ROOM. FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS STAINS WERE VERY DRY NOT A BIG SPACE TO COVER. NOW I HAVE DISCOLORED CARPETING (AS IF IT WAS BURNED). SINCE I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT AND THE CARPETING IS WALL TO WALL SAME COLOR IN ALL ROOMS. I WILL HAVE TO CUT & TAKE THIS CARPET UP IN THAT ROOM WHICH IS THE FRONT-ROOM CAN'T BE SAVED.

I thought about having my carpet steamed cleaned but looked into other options after checking out the cost. I saw a commercial for the Reslove and decided to give it a try. My pup has had an occassional accident on the carpet and it was starting to get a bit smelly. I was vey pleased with the resolve. It cleaned the traffic area and no more smell. I will definately use it again.
