The 3 pack was in a plastic bag - not individual sealed cards as when you purchase one.

Hopefully I won't need to use this but I will keep it handy in my vehicle as it works. Had to conduct a test at a wrecking yard and it was a success. Great to have in case of an emergency.

This is a difficult product to test obviously. I did test the cutter on cardboard and thin rug. It is sharp enough. Of course, didn't test it on my seat belt, but am confident it will work. I watched the videos on how to use the window tool. Again, not easy to test, but video tests showed it worked well. This is a worthwhile tool to keep with you in the car. Accidents happen often and always good to be prepared. I find it a bit bulky for my keychain, so will be adding a kind of lanyard at hanging it on rearview mirror. It's an emergency tool and hopefully won't get used, but good idea to have around with other emergency items. . . first aid kit and small fire extinguisher, which I keep in car.

This is a very small tool. It has 2 features, a seatbelt cutter and a window breaker. The feature to cut seatbelts is hard to see but it is in the middle of the tool. Because the blade is so small it's unknown to me exactly how long it would take to cut a belt, which alarms me in case of a real emergency where time would be your enemy. The other feature at the end of this tool looks like a push button and it's black color stands out against the neon green body. Supposedly you jab this against the window breaking it. Now I don't have a spare seatbelt to try and cut or a car window to verify if both features work which is why I only gave it 3 stars unfortunately. But it's small enough to keep with you at all times or tucked away safely in your car. I must tell you though it's made of plastic, very light and feels cheap. Also the headrest in all cars are made to be pulled up and out and are to be used to break windows in case of emergency.
