Unit will need to be cleaned prior to first use and afer each incubation cycle.Shipping:This item ships to the United States lower 48 states only (does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii). This ships by semi truck on a pallet. We recommend having it shipped to a commercial address with a forklift as it is too heavy for 1 man to unload. If you are unable to have it shipped to a commercial address it is fine, we can send it residential with a liftgate to get it on the ground for you. Keep in mind if you are having it shipped to a residential address you will need to provide us with a valid phone number as the trucking company will need to call you to schedule the delivery and you will need to be present to sign for the delivery and help unload from your street.
