Rival 1060-C - Slicer

This is not easy to clean, it is heavy more on one sided so it is awkward. And almost every time, our slicer hits metal and either puts shreds of metal in our food, or chips in onto the counter. We brought it to be looked at and were told it was just a flimsy product and they were all like that. Crazy. I would search around now-but I am past 90 days for returning! Oops. The only thing it slices easily is bread and even then the crumbs get stuck in weird places on the machine and we have to use an air sprayer to free them to prevent the machine from getting clogged with food.

This product is truly useless, I bought it to slice ham and cheese but the motor is too weak and the blade locks up when moving the cheese or ham into it. I kept using it to see if it was the way I was using it but finally gave up and got a 130 Watt slicer, it does a much better job, I can now make full slices without destroying the ham or the cheese. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!!

purchased for cutting standing rib roast for beef on weck for daughters baby shower. works very well. not as large as i expected but good size. used 2 times so far and am pleased with ease of use. cut beef,ham. comes apart nicely for cleaning. be prepared for suction cups that hold it in place cause they work well. wood recommend this product to anyone wanting to slice their own meats. adjustment is very good from thin to thick.

Not the highest quality had to tighten the screws which hold the back support buttons are poorly placed.

the product is easy to use and very durable .it is also easy to clean.The pullout cutting board makes removing the slices easy.The slicer comes apart easy for easy cleanup. For thin slices i recommend having your meat slightly frozen for easy slicing.All in all the slicer is a good addition to our kitchen.
