I bought one. It started leaking water and got a shortage within a month. I returned it and bought another one online. It was used and already assembled in the box when I received it. It would not let out any steam. This product is discontinued in stores in my area. I will not purchase it again.

After using it for a few minutes, the handle got too hot to hold, it spewed hot water every where and it removed very few wrinkles. I had to keep refilling it every 2-3 minutes and it just wasn't worth it. You get what you pay for and this is a good example of that. Don't buy it!

i am very happy with this item. its operation is simple and comfortable. i may replace my shark with this steamer. it really functions well . a perfect valentines gift.

This item is not worth the time it takes to get it off the shelf. When I first got it, I thought I just did not know how to operate it. So after a few tries and seeing someone else try to use one of the same, I realized I just wasted money on a piece of junk. If I could give it a negative star, I would.

I purchase this when I went to stay with friend because all of my clothes had gotten wrinkled from being stuffed in the suitcase. It worked great ONCE! Now it leaks more water than a leaky faucet!!! I won't purchase another one!
