I think the internal plumbing of the reel should be a solid metal pipe instead of plastic. There is a possibility that the internal plastic plumbing could crack or break over time. You have to have caution when you fully extend the hose as to not pull on the internal plastic plumbing and causing it to break or crack. Other than that it was simple to install. It looks and works great. I am happy with this hose reel assembly.

Unit is the same Model and collar as the Stanley unit that I purchased from Sams Club last year. Booth items work well and have the same size and length hose. Must relieve water pressure before retracting for proper and full retraction.

Makes using the garden hose super easy. It does require drilling 4 large holes in whatever you attach it to, so make sure you are ready for that. But once the drilling is done, the rest is a breeze.

Don't waste your money! This unit broke after 6 months. One year warranty! Great, you think. Customer service would send a replacement that would only cost $34.00 shipping and handling! What a joke!
