Purchased phone in July 2019. Needed to be reset in September. It has stopped working again January 2020. The manufacturer was not helpful when I tried to get help from customer service.

My husband is very picky when it comes to phones and he love the ROKiT. It is fast and durable (he's already dropped it without a case). We have not tried the 3D photo yet but the background screen is a 3D Earth and Moon and it is really awesome.

OK. was so excited to get this phone. Work great for about 12 hours... Now DEAD! Wouldn't take my password this morning... Alarm did NOT work this morning... then... the deadly plain blue screen... Can't turn it off.. or on. Had to put my sim card back into my smashed up LG just to have a phone. Going back to Walmart tomorrow! Will probably switch back to a foreign made Samsung again unless Rokit can fix this issue..... This is too bad because this started out to be a cool and fast phone!

The 3d feature works flawlessy, also the phone is powerful and 3d Cameras are really cool ,check out the review on youtube ( C Butler) is the Channel.
