installed it, most of the vibration is gone.
Quick and easy to install
Fixed my lite shuttering problem.
Easy to install with a wrench and ratchet did it in my gravel driveway in the snow in about 10min. Even though it's for a 6 in lift I feel like I dropped the carrier about 1/4 in to low making the prop shaft angle and intermediate prop shaft angle not line up to great. But it did solve my vibration issue. Did it's job. Also I feel for $30 it should come in the lift kit as it is needed when lifting a crew cab long bed since these trucks still use a 2 piece steel prop shaft and not the big aluminum one.
Had a very annoying vibration I couldn't track down after installing a 6” lift on my 2500hd. Found this carrier bearing drop and it solved all my vibration and only took about 20 minutes to install. I highly recommend this to anyone having vibrations with a lifted 2500hd
