Rough Country Pitman Arm for 2000-2002 Dodge Ram 1500/2500/3500 | 3-5" - 6614

So my review is not of the part itself. It was exactly what I was needing and fit. But rough country was great. Had an issue with the delivery. FedEx broke open the box. I am going to assume by accident and placed the wrong item into the box. These gentleman that I talked to when I called were so helpful and replaced the part quickly, handled all the issues I was having with FedEx and next day aired the part. Thank you to all who helped me. And thank you that your phone is not an automated system.

Fits right, and easy install. It's strong and holds up. I bought this 10 years ago and has held up great. Recently I was working on another project that used the same pitman arm and I didn't have time to order one so I removed the one I installed 10 years ago to use on the new project, then ordered another rough country pitman arm to replace the one I removed.

It's a relatively easy install, with correct tools. A new nut is recommended and we used a 4x torque multiplier to tighten the new nut to spec. Added a little loctite for good measure. With the correct drop brackets in our RC lift and this drop arm, alignment if perfect and the truck drives like it is stock. Simply have to recenter the steering wheel.

Put a roughcounty 4” lift on my Jeep 5 yrs ago the old pitman arm that the lift cane with eventually wore down for some reason. I bought this one hoping it wasn't the gearbox shaft and it fixed my bump steer issue. This has worked as of now and hopefully will last longer than the original arm the lift came with

Rebuilt all suspension components in front . Had to get this to correct the drag link position n it also got rid of what wobble I had left. One thing to lift a rig but another to get it to steer n turn correctly after your lift. Another great product by Rough Country. Well done R.C. Be nice to get stickers with Products.
