Royal Canin Feline Health Nutrition Light Dry Cat Food, 7 lb

Bought the dry weight and wet weight formula a month ago. Cat lost a little bit of weight so far

Our cat has been eating this food for over a year and she likes it. She definitely prefers Royal Canin over other brands of diet food. And after a few months, she has begun to lose some weight. Our (and our cat's) only complaint is about the shape of the kibbles. These are ring-shaped and sometimes when eating, her fangs will go through the hole and then the kibble will get stuck on her teeth. This happens more often than one would expect (~2 times per week). It becomes quite uncomfortable for her and she has to keep pawing at it until she gets it out. It seems like ring-shaped is just not the best idea for pet kibbles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this now for about a week and we are mixing it with other food because we wanted to last. our cats will literally dig to wear this food is in the bowl and eat that specifically before even touching the other stuff. I cannot give a more glowing endorsement of this product then to say that my cats are obsessed with it. Not only that but my fat cat is now starting to lose a little bit of weight .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've fed this to my cat now tor about 2 weeks I always get Leary changing her food but this is a good brand so I tried it and she actually loved it. She has some sensitive stomach issues and this didn't seem to disrupt that. I didn't really notice a weight loss but I haven't fed it to her long enough but over all she seems to enjoy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has a slightly overweight 7 year old cat. After a recent vet visit, they suggested trying a weight management type of food. We've felt that his previous food had not helped him feel "full" which has resulted to him eating more. We got some Royal Canin to try and to be honest, my husband and I were a little skeptical because our cat is extremely picky when it comes to his food! To our surprise, he LOVES it! He has been doing very well with it and we've noticed he's been eating less. This food has good quality ingredients packed with protein and fiber which makes him feel full faster. We haven't noticed a difference in his weight yet as it's still to early to see results, but we are very optimistic!
