My kitten Tinkerbell absolutely loves this food. She has lots of energy and loves to play. It's easy on her sensitive system and never makes her sick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work at the local animal shelter and foster a lot of kittens. I use Royal Canin kitten because I found almost all my kittens prefer it over other brands, the size is perfect for small kittens and it softens well with water for the younger ones and I like the consistent quality.

Most of the protein comes from brown rice, corn gluten meal, brewers rice, wheat gluten, corn etc. This is plant protein and cats are not good at processing as they mainly produce enzymes to process animal protein. Also, no actual meat, only Chicken by-product (grounded feet, beaks, undeveloped eggs, intestines etc) and chicken fat.

I raise Persian kittens and have been using this variety for 10 years now. I have tried other high quality brands of kitten food in the past but none have the results that this variety does. Kittens are happy, healthy, beautiful babies with fluffy luxurious fur when being released to their new homes. I also use this variety during breeding season for pregnant and nursing moms and breeding dads. Highly recommend this variety! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I first started using Royal Canin cat foods four years ago, when working in a shelter kitten nursery. I have seven young cats, all special needs. Three are behavioral (two exceptionally shy/fearful, one with separation anxiety), but four are medical - one with a critical congenital heart defect, and three with chronic GI issues, who were severely malnourished. All have thrived on Royal Canin products, and Cloud, my heart defect (Tetralogy of Fallot) cat is doing well at three years and two months, despite a condition with a >90% mortality rate in the first year. The nutrition is outstanding and all of the cats love the taste and texture. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
