I was disappointed to see that the pockets were made of canvas. I have small grandchildren and they can't see the contents of the pocket before they can choose what to wear. However, I realize the pockets should not tear as easily as the plastic pockets.

I purchased this item to be used not to store shoes but to store assorted "soft" items in a pantry I'd built into a narrow, deep closet. Appears to be well made. Works like a charm! Made of (beige) canvas, with (blue) nylon backing. [Some reviews have complained that the backing was made of vinyl, with concerns that a heel would tear the material. No worries, the nylon backing is tough]. Attached it snugly & directly to the wall. Only issue was that if I'd done my usual comparison shopping I could have purchased it for less and received it days sooner using Amazon Prime.

This worked perfect for my laundry room.Pockets are large and roomy.I needed something to keep all my cleaning supplies in. Pockets are great for different size cleaning bottles, sponges, and rags. I am ordering another one for my closet for shoes. Awesome product for the price

I love this shoe organizer. It was easy to put over my door and the pockets are big. The only con I have is this probably isn't the best for large shoes like boots. But great product for the money. I personally do not have a problem with the blue background, but it may clash with other colors if your room isn't neutral.

The pockets are deep so shoes stay where they belong. The hanger and hooks that came with the product are flimsy- they do not hold the product up. Bought some stainless steel hooks at the hardware store that work much better. Overall, the product does what it is intended to do but the quality is lacking.
