Lots of storage space, all the garden tools fit except the leaf rake. Provides sturdy seating space. The corners are coming up on the lid. Recommend a full square frame for the lid instead of just the bar. You have to be careful to line up the latch when closing it, otherwise it doesn’t shut properly. Keeps the water out but not confident about its long term durability here in the Tucson area. We don’t have a lot of shade in the back yard, so the box is getting full sun exposure. Assembly wasn’t difficult. Instructions weren’t super clear but if you take your time, it comes together. Took about 45 minutes to assemble. Bottom line-it meets our needs at this time.

The box works well and holds everything as advertised. However, too much assembly is required and the instructions are not clear. It is mostly done by pictures and some of the parts don't look like the picture. Then I have parts left over, which is not comforting. You need to be mechanically inclined to do this. Fortunately I am in engineer so I was able to figure it out. I can see where many people will have a problem. When finished, it is great.

This deck box arrived in a badly damaged box, taped up. There was no hardware and no instructions inside. I got the instructions online and they said to call Rubbermaid if there was a problem. Now the parts of this nearly $300.00 box are lying on my patio waiting " 7 to 10 business days " for the hardware to put it together.

First let me tell you it's a pain to build. The screws strip out very easily so you can't use a drill but to start the screw. Even by hand i stripped out many. It's sort of sturdy but noticed a cushion can make the sides bow out. The top was scratched. They pestered me to review well here you go.

Wonderful product. Large enough where it fit the cushions without folding them. Lots of room. It does have a lot of screws but I used a battery operated drill with a screwdriver tip. Worked great. I haven't had it long enough to tell whether it keeps the rain out but the construction looks like it will.
