Had a simple 'drip' leak in my 3/4" copper hot water pipe from my hot water heater. It was at a seam where the plumber did a shoddy job of connecting. Did a ton of research and settled on this product but after applying - found the drip persisted. In theory this should have solved my problem, but in the end I spent $16 on a pipe cutter and a coupler to solve the problem
