I like to decorate my yard with garden stuff and they always tarnish, rust and the color fades. I sprayed them all with this and so far so good. It sprayed evenly and was effortless.

I use it as a topcoat on top of other paint colors and older projects so that they will last longer and stay rust free. The crystal clear does have a glossy finish, so keep that in mind. It seem to work best if you do multiple coats with time to dry in between each one.
