The materials used seems to be of good quality, but putting together the organizer is a mess. They give you BLUE pegs to hold the top/bottom and sides together and you have to dip the pegs into water first. As you are hammering the pegs in, the blue starts to bleed all over the organizer. There really needs to be a better way to know how deep the pegs needs to go in. Just like the other review, since I did not put the pegs in deep enough, it busted several holes on the top of the organizer as I was putting on the top. I used folded towels between the hammer and the board so it would ruin the outside, but instead, it got ruined from the inside then out. They need to put a mark on the pegs half way and change the pegs to the normal brown pegs. A complete waste of my money.

Easy to assemble in only 15 minutes. Quality material. The only difference in the photo and the product is that the dividers are not multicolored. They are brown and not extremely thick. They'll hold files and such nicely but nothing very heavy. I'd happily order it again or recommend it to others

The pre-glued wooden dowels that are provided do not have instructions or guides to determine how far they are to be pushed into the pre-drilled holes. When assembling with a rubber mallet, this caused several of the wooden dowels to break through the fiberboard panels. There should have been precautions in the instructions to alert the assembler to this potential. Also, the green glue on the dowels is messy after wetting (green liquid drips over everything). The shelf support pins are metal, not plastic and are very good. I bought this to match an older unit side by side. It serves its purpose.

I tried to find a letter organizer that matched the one I already hand and asthetically this one came close so I thought it was the same one but when I got it, there were obvious differences that made this one inferior. Although you can see this in the picture, the shelves don't match the outside as it did on my last one which makes the product looks much better. And this one did not warn you that if you don't hammer in the pegs enough when attaching the bottom board, they will pop right through the bottom.

I was disappointed not to find this item in my local club, but the free shipping made up for that. It is the second one I have bought. The first one is of slightly better quality, but this one is still a good value for the price and the product. The shelves are unfinished - the first one I bought had finished shelves. The shelves in the first one I bought had 6 supports each; this one only has 4. However, I would buy another if I needed it, because it is very sturdy and stands up to wear and tear.
