This comes from a brand I teust, it is not harsh and doesn't leave any residue on my skin, and it smells fresh.
So glad switched back to Safeguard! Done for surgical reasons but had forgotten how refreshing and mild this bar soap is. Luv the scent too.
Safeguard is the perfect old standby that reduces body odor while being environmentally friendly on bar soap uses while lasting longer!
been buying this soap sixty years; unhappy with recent price spike, and more to come. its the economy, stupid.
What we like the most about Safeguard Soap is that it does not leave any residue behind when rinsing. So many other soaps leave a slippery residue that one can feel even after rinsing and drying. In addition, Safeguard has such a pleasant scent. It presents as refreshing and invigorating and doesn't leave an overbearing "perfumy" smell. Unfortunately, it is becoming more difficult to find Safeguard Soap in our local markets and stores. Thankfully, Walmart still currently stocks it.
