Safety 1st Clear View Clippers/Tweezer Set, Arctic

I'm that mom that would always bite my baby's nails because I was worried I would nick their fingers. This is a game changer! It made it so easy to clip my 4 month olds nails! Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the tweezers were basically useless. (I sent this product for free to try and give my honest opinion)

The clippers and tweezer set is amazing. I like that the clippers have a magnifying glass so that it is easier to see my newborns nails. I can safely clip my babies nails without hurting them. They also work good on my older children. This is a great product.

I have a 2 year old and 6 year old. Most of the time, it is so hard to get their nails trimmed. I'm always nervous about trimming their nails too short. This set is fantastic! It works so easily on their nails, I recommend this set to all of my new mothers. You don't have to worry about trimming nails too short. These really work so great! I have recommended and purchased for new parents. My 2 year old tries to help.

At first, I was excited at the possibility here on these, but at the end of the day, didn't really do it for me. The pieces were both a little bulky, which I get for the intent of what is supposed to do. But then the magnifying glass quality was not really that good at all. In trying to use it, I kept missing the nail and started to get dizzy looking at it for too long. The tweezers were good quality and aggressively big, but it doesn't justify the space it takes up in the drawer.

Both the clippers and the tweezers do the job they are supposed to do, and while the concept of a magnifying glass seems like a great idea, it just winds up getting in the way. I don't often find myself needing a magnifier anyway (though for a splinter, it would probably be helpful), so that's not really a selling point for me. Traditional tweezers would work just fine if you already have those at home. The clippers are nice and bulky which makes it easy to get a good hold on them and have more precision when clipping. Overall, it's a good set and good price.
