I called samsung and they replace the part since it was under warranty, Since then I have experience no issues and do like it. I like the fact it got cut in size and the style is very slim. I would recommend it.

It works great, I love the fact that it sends reminders that my food is ready, because sometimes I forget! I It connects you with different recipes based on your preferences. My family and I love it. The only complaint I have is that it is so easy to hit the vent button when I am pressing start. That part is annoying.
