[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping that this would be a smart microwave and let me know when it was done on the app. It does not. When I close the front door the door does not line up with the body so it looks like it's offset. I also was hoping for preset buttons for one through 4 minutes. But there are none. This microwave matches the other Samsung appliances I got some actually surprised at the lack of quality and features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model doesn't have any extra features like express time, you have to enter the time then press start even if you press the add 30 seconds button, if you don't mind entering the time manually then this microwave is just right for you, but if you're looking for the express features you can forget about it,other than that it's a good microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave because it was on sale but I didn't realize that it doesn't have the auto features on it for express time. If you want 1 minute you have to press 1:00 then press start the only feature it has it the add 30 seconds on it. Other than that this is a decent microwave for the price. If you want the auto features I suggest getting another model that has the express time feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a microwave. Purchased it after the exact same model broke after 2yrs. The hinge on the door crumbled for no reason. This unit was slightly larger than the other, and the mounting holes did not quite match, creating another set of mounting screw holes in the bottom of the wall cabinet. There are some adjustments to make to set up for non-venting use but the instructions are clear and easy to use. The newer model also has the plate recessed so there is not toppling over or trying to line the plate and wheel as often.
