Samsung - 23 cu. ft. Smart Counter Depth 4-Door Flex™ Refrigerator with Family Hub™ & Beverage Center - Stainless steel

Bought this almost 9 months ago and it's been a regret ever since. The fridge constantly makes a loud humming noise which recorded at 60 decibels. We Had a tech for Samsung come out and he told us there was nothing he could do because Samsung considers this normal. This is absolutely not normal. We can barely stand to sit in our living room because we can hear the fridge humming all the way in the kitchen. Samsung products have declined tremendously over the last few years and apparently they refuse to stand behind them. I'll never buy another one of their products again and I urge you to consider the same.

We use the bottom right for beverage storage, which is perfect for our children. We enjoy the built-in water pitcher as well. And the Family Hub is great - we use it for a lot more than we expected! We would definitely recommend this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the flat exterior design that is fingerprint resistant stainless, and best of all does not have any handles showing. Easily predictable most/all appliances with be designed in this way in the future that I can only describe as uncluttered and sleek. It makes all my other kitchen appliance with handles (oven, microwave, dishwasher) with their handles sticking out look ugly. The Family Hub feature is outstanding. With its built in web browser, Alexa, and many "pad style apps" its easy to keep a grocery list, check the weather, control my home smart features, look at recipes on-screen while cooking, and many other tasks. Dual icemaker - excellent! Great job, Samsung!

The Family Hub is even sleek AND I can put pictures and videos of my grand babies on the screen and check the weather while I'm doing it. I also use the internet to find recipes; this way I don't have a lot of books/paper/recipe cards taking up room at my work area. The auto-refill feature of the interior pitcher is awesome and saves time pouring drinks. The two kinds of ice and the two door freezer are convenient and save energy. There are only two of us using this refrigerator so we have plenty of space.
