I bought this compact Samsung Washer @ 26 March 2024 . The clothes Washer is extremely loud, vibrates, and sounds like a 1970 Diesel engine. I'm disappointed and will ask for a refund or a motor that doesn't rock the home. 2.5 cu. ft. I bought this washer with dryer a few weeks ago. I do like the set and recommend, but I do not like the controls. It's like I am starting a jet engine. Push this button, turn this dial, Set your wash/dry parameters, then push and hold a start button. Come On, It's like a bunch engineers, said "let's tech the heck out of this, it will be cool". It's Not! The tech should make this easier. I should be able to set a default program for a wash/dry cycle that I use 99% of the time. Then push "one" button, and my default setting comes up and the unit starts. Have a delayed start of say 10 seconds when you might want to change your setting.

This is a good washer so far. Wish it had a pedestal available. Breaking my back gettin that low to ground.
