Samsung - 28 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with FlexZone Drawer - Black stainless steel

i bought this refrigerator as a whole kitchen suite. it has been nothing short of a nightmare. it pops a bangs so loud that my dogs run from it. i will never ever buy another samsung product again. this is my 2nd time trying to write a review!! it won't let me post what i really have to say. but that is how samsung wants it! they don't want to deal with you after the product is sold. i guess (know) that i am done with samsung products!!

purchased 6-23-2021 the rf looks great and is workable. just don't over stack it. food has condensation and ice is frosted over. no water drip tray. love the separate pull out drawer too keep eggs and deli meats in. icemaker takes too long to dispense ice, forget trying crushed ice. ice comes out cloudy and size is small. i had a kenmore elite same design as samsung for 4 years and the compressor went out. ice was always clear and maker was designed in door and worked great. bought the extended warranty from best buy for this fridge and am sure i will be using it. gave it a 4 rating and yes to recommend. design and color are great, liquids stay cold, compressor is quiet, but little details and known items to have issues should be fixed before producing more.

the finger print less finish is truly that and i'm pleased with it. my older fridge had a upper and two side led light bars and bin lights, the newer more expensive model only has the ceiling light bar and while it has decent illumination, the older model was better lit, the bin lights were really a nice feature. also the older model has a long, thin, clear bin on the front of the freezer bin as well as the slide out drawer, this model has the projections to attach the bin but apparently the bin is no longer put on this model

we waited 4 months to receive our new refrigerator due to supply issues. please be warned that the stainless steel anti-fingerprint surface scratches very easily. when we put the door handles on, the ends are very rough/sharp and scratched our door. very disappointed in the fragileness of the surface paint. we are happy with the frig so far otherwise just bummed about the surface scratches.

i should have been more complete in my shopping. disappointed in that the water dispenser is slow plus does not measure the ounces, the crushed ice spits out and on floor, shelves didn't work need to work on that probably take one out to get some more heighth and lose a shelf. it will be ok but disappointed in myself for assuming an expensive frig contained 10 year old technology. would not buy again.
