[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can never go wrong with a Samsung product. I just wish it vibrated a little less and that the door opened the opposite way of the dryer. Im not sure if there's a way to change the swing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new washer is so quiet. The loading access is a bit lower than previous model i had, but still manageable. It's fast, easy to use control panel and fast. Laundry day is not such a chore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is beautiful, great champagne color. We love that connects to Bluetooth and e can turn on or off from the phone. The reason I give it 3 stars is because just when the Washer was year old my first washer broke and because warranty Samsung replaced it. Second washer now, again less than a year old and had to get serviced. Disappointed because I was expecting it to work for many years to come with out issues for price we paid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 6 weeks ago. It is fantastic. The wireless feature is great, when my load is finished, I get a notification on my phone. I love the sanitize feature. I used that for all of my sheets. It is a very nice washer.
