Samsung - 4.9 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Top Load Washer with ActiveWave Agitator - White

I bought this brand new less than 3 months ago and it's not working. I have the warranty so I called to get it fixed. I got passed around to 3 different people and finally got a date set up for someone to come out and fix it. The day before my scheduled repair they call and say they do have the part and have to push back my appointment. Completely unacceptable customer service. I can't even believe that a brand new washer would break down in less than 3 months!

Bought this washing machine in October worked great until the software update. Error code 9C8 Appeared about January 21st. Contacted Samsung and took the repair company until mid February to show up, the replacement Main board was defective. And now we are on a hold while the repair company gets warranty information. March 10th still on hold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Started using this washer in October 2022. So far it has been good but make sure you balance your load. The features are pretty nice compared to the old washer we had. The tub is pretty big and can fit a king size mattress pad pretty easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is an excellent washer! it does a great job cleaning clothes. the capacity is large and you can wash even very bulky items. the washer is relatively quiet and there is very little vibration, even with big loads. i love how the lid is see through so you can look inside at any time. there are many preset cycles you can choose from, such as delicates or heavy duty. even if you choose a preset cycle however, you can still adjust any of the settings, such as water temperature or soil level, if you want. another great feature is that you can turn off the alarm that alerts you when your load is done. since i have smaller children who go to bed earlier, i use that setting if i am doing a load at night. the washer is easy to keep clean and no funky smells have developed.
