SAMSUNG 50" Class 4K Crystal UHD (2160P) LED Smart TV with HDR UN50TU8000 2020

Like everyone else, my Samsung TV developed dark spots after 1.5 years and really noticeably on white background. This TV was a spare TV and hardly used too. I will reconsider Samsung TV next purchase as I have never had a TV fail after just 1.5 years of lite use. It should be recalled.

Like quite a few reviews here, the TV stopped working after about 2 and a half years. A television that was bought at a high price with the assumption that it is a quality product from a company that respects itself and its customers. I have the invoice. It started with black areas on the screen and quickly progressed to the TV turning itself off and on and then after a few days the screen just went black. In light of the amount of reviews here that indicate a similar problem, it seems that the product left the factory in poor quality. Be careful to take a risk and buy this product. More than anything, the answer from the delegation in Israel is disappointing. that there is no warranty on the product and there is no way to fix it, nor to give any offer for a solution or compensation on their part when they know that the product series is probably damaged and broken. It is a shame that a company of your size underestimates its customers and does not take responsibility when it knows that there is a problem with the product and that a quality TV should not break down after 2 and a half years but should serve the customer for many years. I will never buy or recommend your products again shame shame shame on you. Very disappointed customer.

Bought this model less than 2 years ago and now it turns off and on every 5 seconds. Picture lasts for 3 seconds then it goes black with some colour around the top and bottom then turns off then 2 seconds later it turns on again Tried to reset but to no avail

OMG I'm so in love with my 50 inch TU8200. My 46 UN6203 blew out, had sound no picture. My TV was only 7 years old but the sound was awesome. It featured the best sound output OMG DTS NEO 2.5 which sadly was not offered in my UN8000 in my Livingroom and I'm not sure why Samsung didn't feature the DTS Neo 2.5 on this TV, because it really enhances the sound with my Samsung Sound bar HW-450M I've even purchase the SWA 8500 supposably wireless speakers, which the only thing Wireless is the receiver not the two very small speakers to help out and unfortunately is not getting it for me. I'm outraged $100 wasted. Now I have to purchase another TU8200 for my Livingroom because I love the sound and I believe it's almost identical in sound to my 46 inch and the Ambient art and Music wall feature is everything.... so I guess I'll have to donate my RU8000. I wish Samsung would make up their mind, if it works Samsung leave it alone!!!
