I am exceedingly happy with everything about the purchase of my new Samsung TV The service from Walmart was amazing. I parked in one of their pick up spaces. The Walmart employee brought it right out to my car and loaded it in. I don't think I waited more than five minutes and I was so surprised at how easy the TV was to hook up and program a very high-quality product as well For any dollar amount

Ordered from Walmart and item never arrived - despite item showing delivered on tracking history - Walmart claimed it was still out for delivery and would be here Tuesday and they would not process a refund until after 48 hours after not arriving when scheduled? No matter the deal did not order ONLINE FROM WALMART as Amazon still rules the online game and talking to someone from India trying to get a refund does not help - for a company who claims to be US based they need to do better!

If I could rate this TV a 0 star, I would! The tv was good for about a couple of days. After a couple days of having the TV, the picture started skipping and glitching. I thought maybe the tv needed to be reset. After resetting, it stopped glitching for about 20 minutes, then continued. Worst experience EVER!

Great TV at a very affordable price. Definitely one of the best purchases I have done. I got the wall mount cause I didn't want my kids messing around with the TV. It's was super easy to assemble. The TV set up was easy, just followed the steps, and I was done in less than 15 minutes.

The television looks good. The picture looks good, but I am unable to watch anything at all because I am unable to complete the process. It keeps giving unable to connect to Samsung server. Called Samsung customer service and techs. They are unable to address the matter stated that it must be the TV. Read other online reviews that this is a regular issue. Samsung is forcing you to go through their application to be able to watch anything at all. I am returning and choosing a different brand.
