I'm not at all happy. We've had this washer for about 2 years. It only gets clothes clean with deep fill and extra rinses. If I don't do those things I can actually see a ring of dirt on my light colored clothes. I took 2 shirts out to inspect for stains before I dried them and saw random splotches of dirt. I put them into a basin to soak and can't believe the amount of dirt that came out. I was only washing the two shirts and a pair of nylon pants so it's definitely not because I overloaded the machine. Regular wash barely puts enough water to get things wet. I often wash smaller loads can actually see the bottom of the tub.

We bought this washer 3 years ago, it is a huge hunk of junk that can't wash a single load of laundry without being unbalanced. I have 2 kids (including a newborn) and I can't do my laundry in my expensive washing machine. Something this expensive should not break 3 years in. I will never buy another Samsung washer again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cannot seem to get it balanced properly. Leveled it properly per instructions. Balanced the loads properly. Recalibrating the washer after a couple of loads does not seem to help. Machine makes loud thumping noises and wife rebalances load. is it because washing machine has no center agitator?

Do Not Buy Samsung Active Waterjet Smartcare top load washer. It's trash. I purchased this wash machine in 2022. In this short period of time we've had it repaired three times all for the same reason spin cycle off balance. The machine shakes violently during the spin cycle and shuts down. It's apparent we're going to need a new washer. Do Waste Your Money!

This is the biggest piece of garbage I've ever owned for a washing machine. For being energy efficient it sure wastes a lot of electricity and water. Constantly out of balance! And heaven forbid you accidently hit the power button instead of the pause button when you try to move the clothes around to balance the load - it empties all the soap and water and starts over! It takes longer to do loads of wash, which I dread with this thing, because the cycles are so long. The dispensers are a joke! The softener leaks out when the wash cycle is going. I regret purchasing this piece of crap. I should have purchased a Maytag. For as much as I have to keep rearranging the laundry because of the unbalanced load I could have just bought an old fashioned wringer washer from an antique store.
