I upgraded from a 50” Samsung to a 55” Samsung. My old tv is right at 4 years old. No issues just wanted something a bit bigger. The new 55” Samsung has a great picture, but the tv itself feels very flimsy. My biggest gripe with the new tv is navigating the home screen and various setting menus. It seems a bit more complicated than it needs to be. Just takes some getting used to.

Surprised to find this. Budget TV has Bluetooth. Most low end TV don't. Really hard to beat for price. I use Roku so don't depend. On tv for streaming.

We love the TV. Very good quality sound, picture, nice size, good TV for the price. BUT we are unable to zoom pictures on movies and have NEVER had a TV that we could not zoom movies so that my legally blind husband can see them better. That was very disheartening. We got a 10" larger TV for the very purpose of him being able to see it better and was robbed a lot of that quality because we can't use the feature that is actually on the settings but grayed out so we cannot use it. We called to see if we could get it functioning and they tried, but said there was not a way that they could find but it will probably come in with an update later. I sure hope that's the case because this is the only problem we have with this TV. On the upside, it is brighter and clearer than any TV we have had plus a little larger so my husband can see it better. I just wish the movies were not cut off so bad on top and bottom for him. Also, another recent issue is the Free Samsung TV plus started acting up one month into our purchase. We tried resetting the TV and that did not work. Not Sure what to do about that at this point. I guess we will make another phone call. If it had not of been for the better picture quality and larger TV, I would of taken it back and went with a different brand.

This TV has a great picture. It was ok to setup, not difficult just cumbersome. It fits my need fro affordable and great picture. The only issue i have is with the remote controller. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. It's not a battery issue. There is nothing blocking the front of the TV so signal issue shouldn't be a problem. I downloaded the Smart things A app to my phone and use that when it doesn't work. So i did find a work around. It would be nice if the remote worked consistently.

The sound doesn't get very high, during some movies, my family and friends could hardly hear it at all.. It has a pretty good picture and the installation was really easy. It doesn't have very many connections to it or from it and has none of the older S-Video or Component Video connections and no connections for a thubstick drive either. The legs of it are very cheaply made and seem like they might break or probably better to just mount the TV.
