Samsung - 6.0 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Front Load Washer with Steam and FlexWash - Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] unit works well but lots of money for a washing machine and is HUGE! We purchased the risers hoping to get the openings higher off the floor. This machine is so heavy 4 men can't lift it onto the riser and the washer is so tall...on the riser my wife would need a step stool to use the second washer!

We bought this washer/dryer pair a year ago (Dec 2022) for a home we were building. Due to several issues with construction, we weren't able actually to move in and place these units into service until March of this year (2023). There were kept unopened, in their original shipping boxes and in climate controlled storage until we moved in. The washer worked great for about 2 weeks, and then started "Pausing" immediately when trying to start a load about 35% of the time. Doesn't matter if it is a large or small load, but roughly 1 out of 3 loads, as soon as you press start the machine immediately says "Paused" and we have to cancel out and typically try 4 or 5 more times before it will start correctly. Once it starts, everything runs just great. I'd give it 5 stars if we didn't have this problem, but it just seems for such expensive units, I should have to "fight" with it just to get a cycle started. Outside of that problem, we really like the look and functions as well as all the Smart Things features...just wish it would start every time we press Start!

Ordered these units in September, got them in November and it was worth the wait!! When I saw the reviews on Youtube, I knew I just had to get them!! Two units in one, that's crazy!! I love that you can wash two different loads at once, a time saver!! Wash colors below and whites above and all go in the dryer at the same time. No more waiting. The washer is big and beautiful. No complaints what so ever!! Love the smart features that you can use in the Smart Things app. Glad they are part of the family!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer a couple of months ago and are totally in love. Very quiet for the most part with many auto preconfigured options. My wife loves the Flexwasher for small loads or very delicate clothes and accessories.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love. The small washer on top is perfect for small loads like underwear and blouses. The regular front load is perfect for my king size quilt and you can run both at the same time. Convent. It's about 45 minutes for a regular load and there are several options for different types of clothes. I've used it enough to where I found out it has a self cleaning cycle. That pops up automatically! It works great with smart home app and I love that it lets me know when the load is done.
