Samsung - 7.4 Cu. Ft. Gas Dryer with Sensor Dry - White

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is a perfect match to the washer I purchased at the same time. Using it is easy! For three months my clothes have come out perfectly dry. I enjoy the options such as wrinkle guard and various times and temperatures. The lint filter works well and contains lint so cleaning it can be done without lint flying around the room.The tune at the end of drying is a gentle alert!

i bought this dryer back in sept 2019, i don't really consider it energy efficient, the dryer always took forever drying my stuff. i wrote a review back in 2019-2020 to say how i felt about it. well now it is july 2022 and my dryer's assy fan motor-module has burnt up and to repair this was going to cost me as much as a new dryer, unacceptable this should have never happened the dryer was only 3yrs old. and of course, no warranty and no extended warranty (past its time, of course). i love all my samsung products, and i have many but as to be a lover of this dryer (i have the matching washer as well) this was my worst experience with a samsung product. very very disappointed.

brought the washer and dryer as a combine, but the dryer didn't last long at all, i'm upset and regret the choice of ever purchasing said appliances. the dryer panel gets wet somehow and assuming when the dryer dries the clothes, the water gets into the panel and just stops the dryer from working. i used to have a maytag and that baby was a well built machine, and this one is just built shotty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this dryer for about a month. The dry sensor works much better than our last dryer. When I turn the dry back on to warm up dried cloths that I neglected to take out, it only runs for a couple of minutes. My last dryer would run for nearly a full cycle if I let it. The lint trap is also great. Has a solid flap that prevents a lot of lint from falling into the vent ducts. Seems to even dry my clothes faster. A couple of gripes: the drum light turns off automatically after too short of time. I have to press the drum light button a couple of times to turn it back on. This is annoying as the dryer is in a dark closet without other good lighting. The finished chime is obnoxiously long. The top surface slants slighly which is not ideal, but still possible to fold and stack laundry on. That said I'll take those annoyances to have the performance I get out of this dryer.
