Absolutely disgraceful customer service has offered me no replacement due to no stock and told me to "wait" until stock arrives... Not to mention made me wait one week for a technician to confirm it was in fact dead. Oh also tried to make me sign a repair form which I vehemently disagreed to. What a joke of a company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought around a month ago, nearly daily driving the TV. Visual quality is exceptional with near pitch blacks. Very comparable to OLEDs without the need for a dark theatre room. Audio is sound, but best experienced with a separate audio system. Main feedback is the lack of apps due to tizen os, which is unfortunate, and main reason for a 4 star instead of a 5. However it has the main streaming apps most people would use. Hoping for software updates to bring android/google TV apps compatibility to the TV.
