The auto adaptive back lighting is great for spaces with a lot of natural light. Having the USB-C is such a great feature. As always Samsung come through with another great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase this one particularly because it has USB-C interface. Same cable used for charging my laptop as well as for extend display to this monitor. You should only use the cable that comes with monitor, otherwise it might not work. The brightness is not that high but it is enough for regular use. Text fonts are crispy. The only downside is, I can't keep the monitor cable as charge only. If I turn the lid off of my laptop, it won't keep charging and display turns off in some seconds. In these scenarios, I have to rely on stand-alone laptop charger. I wish there was some settings to not stop the power supply to laptop.

I have 2 of these monitors for my home office (not gaming). I connected them via the USB-C to my OWC hub which connects to my MacBook Pro. The eye saver mode, black level, game mode, screen adjustment, pretty much all of the PIP/PBP settings, Display port ver., and the eco sensor mode are all not working when using the USB-C connection. I contacted the chat support team and they said that the USB-C can work as a thunderbolt and that shouldn't be an issue. However, those settings are available when I connect via HDMI cable. The problem is that the hub doesn't have an HDMI connection. it only has thunderbolts. So, I have to connect using an adapter or plug many cords into my computer instead of just the one hub cord. Still trying to work out the kinks, but if it won't work, then I'll be returning the monitors. I work from home, so the eye-saver mode was a huge selling point

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this after doing a lot of research on 4K monitors. I am using this with a Dell XPS 15" 9510. I purchased this one as it is 27 inches with 4K resolution, HDR10, has HDMI, Display Port, and a USB-C video connection that also provides power to the laptop at the same time and has some USB-A ports in the back that work like a USB hub, I am using this for my camera, mouse, and keyboard, which is very nice as I only have the one USB-C cable connected into my laptop and I can unplug that and go. A number of the reviews complained that the display is very dim, I also experienced this, but after turning off the "Adaptive Display" and "Eye Saver" options and it is pretty good. Very underrated is the stand. Include a very nice stand that allows you easily raise, lower, and tilt the monitor as you like and you can rotate the monitor to make it vertical. I was going to purchase a monitor arm for my desk so I could do this, but there is no need. I liked this so well that I purchased a second one for my daughter who is studying graphic design and art and this monitor works quite well for this.
