Samsung - BESPOKE 30 cu. ft. French Door Smart Refrigerator with AutoFill Water Pitcher - White Glass

I love the size of this refrigerator but when it came time to clean, the glass shelving will not separate from the frame to clean. When something has spilled (I.e.,Dr. pepper), the liquid seeps between the glass and frame to create a dirty look. Also, the shelving is almost IMPOSSIBLE to remove and re-insert. The most user-UNFRIENDLY refrigerator I have ever seen or owned. I wish Samsung would make this right for me and the others who are trying to find a solution. Apparently the person who designed this never had to clean a refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased Samsung Frigidaire one year and two months ago. The ice maker has been replaced twice. The freezer door glides continuously freeze over so you are unable to open freezer door. Temperature in fridge area isn't working at the temperature that it says on the digital reading. Lost of food in both fridge and freezer. Five service calls have not yet fixed the problem with no solutions from Samsung to back the products failures when its just a year old. Buy another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator. The pitcher fills quickly. Both ice makers are great. The filter removes all chlorine smell and taste. The stainless steel surface wipes clean very easily.
