This laptop shuts down all the time, auto updates even when I have it set for weeks apart, constantly has a blue screen with message encountered error your pc will restart

I purchase this laptop two years ago, but have not had any issues until just recently. The computer's operating system is fantastic and it runs very well, but the material the laptop is made out of is very weak. I use the laptop daily for school usage, and just recently the screws that hold the screen hinges in place have fallen out. I had to take the laptop apart to put them back in. Additionally, on 4/7/2025 I opened my laptop in the morning and saw a hairline vertical crack that spanned my entire screen. Have never dropped the laptop, but all of the sudden the crack formed. Did some research and apparently this is a known issue for these large screens. Very frustrating.

A very good product. Only con is loud fan, and laptop heats up too quickly. Brilliant for school. Efficient note taking! I've had so many compliments from peers due to how the s-pen effortlessly glides on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this laptop less than 6 months ago. It's super fast and very light. Got the i7, 16 gb.version in graphite color. Touch screen is awesome. Can flip backwards for tablet mode. Has the backlit keyboard which make it great to use in dark rooms. Super fast on my internet. Love this laptop.

the first one i got had issues with the speaker so it has to be replaced. the process for replacement was quite a hassle but i received a new device in about two weeks since i initiated the exchange process. the new device is good, no hardware issues i'm a student and i'd recommend this device to other students (if its on sale), especially if you have a samsung phone. loved using the quick share function. beautiful device, gotten many compliments about it. i thought i didn't care about how good a display was, but the first time i opened my laptop i was in awe, the display is absolutely stunning, i've never seen such vivid colours before, watching movies on this has been amazing cons of the laptop (for me) is that its really really thin i feel like i might break it, many people commented on how their screen cracked. and i could've gotten a laptop with better specs with the same price, but then again i really love samsung, i doubt that i would love other laptops as much
