So far, I've had no problems with my phone. Battery lasts forever for me. And I have better service with this phone.
The phone is excellent
I purchased this phone (in White) for my mom and just received it today (12/07/16) and we really like it, my mom is very happy with it (She was using the Note 2 prior and I am using Note 4 currently). Well, the one that I purchased was sold and ship by Walmart so I will only talk about the Walmart item only (have no idea with all other Marketplace items). This phone is an AT&T phone, it comes in its AT&T original box with everything included such as Wall Charger, Battery, and User Guide (no headphones). I was looking precisely to see if there will be any marks or dings to see if this is a used phone or not but I couldn't detect any so in my opinion this is a brand new phone, it looks brand new to me. I tested it out to see how it will function and it works perfectly. I inserted T-Mobile sim card in and there's no problem at all. And you can't beat the price, I recommend this phone to anyone. :)
