Galaxy S5 SM-G900V Smartphone

Just don't SMH...it wasn't new for one and two it wouldn't stay on unless it was plugged in from day one. Had to return it but not to the seller one stop shop they didn't even get back to me until days after Walmart.com took care of it even Walmart.com couldn't get a hold of them

The battery life has been extremely poor if the display brightness is above extremely dim. The display brightness cannot be left on auto. The battery life time drops to hours from days whenever brightness is on auto plus the battery temperature goes up as well. Using the camera is impossible. There is three second delay between pressing the shutter and the phone snapping the picture. Apps are very sluggish and keystrokes are very delayed at times. The phone requires a daily restart with Lollipop that was not required with KitKat. This is two weeks after a factory reset and 6 weeks after upgrading. I have owned the phone since July 2015. I will buy a new phone from anyone except Samsung if I cannot get the phone working with Lollipop or downgraded to KitKat. This mostly likely will be my last Samsung device.

So I went from an iPhone to the galaxy s5 and wow...if apple wants to compete they better step their game up! The s5 if freaking awesome! I love all of the features and it's durability! It's so fast compared to my iphone..which is notorious for force closing apps and freezing! The screen is bigger and the graphics are amazing! I don't think there is a better phone out right now! I would recommend this phone to anyone!

Just a super smartphone in my opinion! Even though I've had the phone since the day it was released (nearly 3 months now), I'm still learning all the amazing options and features it has. The display is simply amazing - even outdoors, colors are bright and text is easy to read. So far I have not experienced a single problem and is has far exceeded all of my expectations. I'm somewhat a computer geek having six systems (four are self built) and I use the Galaxy S5 pretty-much as a mini-computer. It hasn't disappointed me once with anything that I've wanted to do. I very much like the SideSync feature for connecting the phone with my new Galaxy Tab PRO 10.1 for sharing wallpaper, documents and other items. This is a device I've had absolutely no reservations in highly recommending to friends, family and just everyone!

I'm a Verizon store manager, so I know phones. I was also an iPhone user for the last 5 years (most recently the iPhone 5S). Having the chance to play with the new Galaxy S5 before it's launch, I was hooked. Amazing battery life, water resistance (at a Samsung Galaxy 5 launch event I watched this phone play a YouTube video under water!), the S Health features, Privacy & Kids modes, camera quality. Don't get me started with Smart Switch! This feature made, my transition from my iPhone to my Galaxy a breeze! The Ultra Battery Saving mode... wow. Love my phone & I sell this device more than any other. Notice I call it a device & not a phone? This is so much more than a phone. If you are on the fence.... just jump in, trust me
