Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7" Tablet 16GB, Smoky Titanium Refurbished

Very nice tablet . Is not the highest resolution compare to the Galaxy s series but the tablet works great. Screen is very large which is what I was looking for.. I do recommend this product.

Samsung Galaxy tablet is one of the best tablets on the market for the money.

I was really excited to get my new Samsung tablet, but NOT to happy with my efforts to set it up. The problems stemmed from trying to input my Yahoo account as my main email address. Despite continually typing in my Yahoo address, it INSISTED that it couldn't "verify that address! It kept inserting my unused Gmail as my main email account. Are you kidding me? I have NEVER had that problem with any other tablets I have purchased! I just put in my email and I was good to go. After struggling with this for an hour or so. I finally decided to go online to get the Yahoo app. The only Internet app on my tablet was the Google Chrome. Once more I had problems with my password for my old Google account. Then there were the codes I needed to get to verify my new tablet. After hours of frustration, I finally was able to find an app for Internet access and download it. I then used that browser to access my Yahoo mail and download that app. The STILL have Gmail as my main account (which I don't use). Once all that was taken care of, I love the tablet. But it should NOT force people to use their account instead of their own.

There was a serious technical problem with the tablet I believe they didn't inspect properly before repack as refurbished I returned and bought a new from Best Buy

Bought this tablet after reading reviews and so far I'm very satisfied with performance and looks, the case has a few scratches but other than that it's as good as new. I also purchased additional warranty just for peace of mind. I would recommend this to my friends.
