I gave my new Samsung "5 Stars" as it is everything I expected and more! Although I purchased this item to replace my old tablet, my wife seems to be taking it over. She enjoys it for reading books, playing games and surfing the net. She is going south with her mom for the month of March and already has plans to travel with it... rather than the laptop, she says it will be much lighter to carry on the plane. Another asset is that she (and I) enjoy the size of this much better than my old tablet (to small), plus the display is 100x better and is awesome! We both are very much satisfied with our Samsung! I bought this tablet to use on a vacation that got cancelled so I put it away for several months since I didn't have a use for it. Then I took it out recently to set it up for my Mom to use and after only 4 uses the WiFi quit working. And surprise! My Warranty had already expired so I am stuck with a $300 paperweight!
Last Sunday on 09/09/2018, I ordered a BRAND NEW Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 32 GB, and received it on 9/11/2018. When I opened it, it took at least 8 hours to fully charge, but the battery drained a little bit fast for the work I was doing in spite of the battery size. The tablet lasted for JUST SIX DAYS, for last night, even though I had it on and plugged in it overnight it would not do anything. The machine would not even tell the battery level. I tried to restart it by pressing the power button and the volume down one for 10 seconds, and nothing. Because it malfunctioned and would not do anything, yesterday (9/16/2018) I took it back and got my money refunded.

I have had this tablet for almost 3 weeks and I am completely satisfied. My only complaint is that I wish the charging port had an outlet/Jack like the one for headphones. I bent the pins while charging my other tablet after falling asleep with it, now I'm scared of the same bad luck.
